Minnesota Center for Environmental Advocacy (MCEA) is a legal advocate for the land, air, water and people of Minnesota. In the midst of the COVID pandemic, MCEA’s annual “Legally Green” event for supporters went virtual. The Voices Driving Change website was a companion to the Voices Driving Change magazine created to showcase MCEA’s efforts and drive attendance for a series of online events that supplanted the in-person event. The site highlighted key stories, connected visitors to ticket portals and podcasts, and presented an online, flip-book version of the magazine.
This innovative, remote collaboration between an MCEA Committee and Smitty’s Workshop, guided a robust collection of content ideas from inception to delivery across myriad media – filling a tenuous void in a precarious time.
